Sports & Fitness

Teenagers will be given individual and group tuition to develop personal skills in a variety of sports and fitness. Stirling University has sports fields & pitches, a swimming pool and sports halls.

Teenagers will also be taught about general fitness, nutrition and wellbeing as part of the elective.

Stirling University has a state-of-the-art sports venue including a brand new gym. Teenagers will be able to use the gym and be taught age-appropriate and strength-appropriate exercises. 

Teenagers will also be taught about general nutrition

Fitness Activities Include:

  • Weights exercises 
  • Fitness exercises including running & mobility/flexibility
  • Nutrition teaching
