Sports & Fitness
Young People will be given individual and group tuition to develop personal skills in a variety of sports. Stirling University has sports fields & pitches, a swimming pool and sports halls.
Young people will also be taught about general fitness, nutrition and wellbeing as part of the elective.
Stirling University has a state-of-the-art sports venue including a brand new gym. Young people will be able to use the gym and be taught age-appropriate and strength-appropriate exercises.
Young people will also be taught about general nutrition

Fitness Activities Include:
- Weights exercises
- Fitness exercises including running & mobility/flexibility
- Nutrition teaching
