Team Leader Responsibility

Young people will have the opportunity to be team leaders for the day. This will help them gain real-life responsibility for leading a team, giving instructions, and debriefing. 

Under our staff's guidance, young people will help manage and lead the team each day. This includes assisting the team in each day with:

• Plan for the day 
• Teambuilding activities
• Debriefing activities
