We want young people to learn how to be more confident, kind and effective leaders. We will help give young people the tools to work in a team, help lead a team and help overcome an array of different challenges - all whilst having lots of fun and building strong friendships.

Sending your young person to The Teen Leadership Challenge is sending your young person to a place where we will look after them and care for them as if they were our own. Your young person won't just be a number, we only have 75 young people at any one point and we ensure everyone feels part of the community.

We have chosen a really special place to run the Teen Leadership Challenge - Stirling University!
Stirling University is one of the most unique, safe and picturesque universities in the UK.
We have chosen Stirling University as it is an aspirational environment where young people can sample university living - with support and supervision from our staff.

Creating and developing friendships is a critical part of The Teen Leadership Challenge. We believe that creating connections with different people is vital for development, confidence and wellbeing.
People feel happiest when they are connected to others and we work hard to ensure everyone is included and feel part of our community.
#6 Learn how to be in a high-performing team
Being part of a high-performing team is really important in the modern world! Young people are placed in teams of 10 young people from the UK and around the world.
#7 Our activities
Activities are a mix of free choice, team challenges and special events to create the perfect balance for young people to try new activities and develop their leadership skills.
Young People get to create their personalised schedule by picking one elective per week to specialise in.
#8 Our staff
Our Staff are our Greatest Asset. They work at The Teen Leadership Challenge because they love working with teenagers. We carefully select those who have the enthusiasm, patience and passion needed to create a summer of fun, skill-building, laughter and memories which our young people will never forget.
The staff are experienced in working with young people to help them reach their full potential. They are warm, friendly, creative, talented and keen to share their interests and skills with our young people.

#9 Challenge!
Giving young people challenges is a vital way for young people to overcome difficult situations, learn new skills and build resilience. On the Team Leadership Challenge, we create close-knit teams of 10 young people and give them different challenges to overcome.
Our staff will help support, guide and develop them. Our staff will help them overcome obstacles, keep trying and develop resilience and confidence.
#10 A Family Business
We are a family business—well, it's really more of a family lifestyle! We started Camp Cooper & The Teen Leadership Challenge because we love summer camp and know firsthand the positive impact it can have on young people's lives.
However, since the beginning, it has been much more than a business or job to us.
