We want to help shape the future leaders of this world.

We want young people to learn how to be more confident, kind and effective leaders. We will help give young people the tools to work in a team, help lead a team and help overcome an array of different challenges - all whilst having lots of fun and building strong friendships. 

We have devised a unique programme for teenagers to build leadership skills by doing the following:

• Young people will get the chance to choose their own elective challenges to build skills, expertise and passion for their areas of interest
• Young people will be put into teams of 10 young people and learn how to be an effective part of a team
• Young people will be given the chance to be a team leader to learn how to lead, facilitate and debrief the team
• Young people will be set different challenges, all requiring unique skills to overcome 
• Young people will be led by positive role models who will mentor each young person individually
• Young people will be give to each young person throughout the programme to learn what they are amazing at and what are their areas for development
• Young people will be given the opportunity to step out of their comfort zone and take healthy risks - all in a safe, fun and supportive environment
