COVID-19 Update

We are so excited to be running Camp Cooper for summer 2022! After two summers of not running Camp, kids are so in need of a summer of fun, adventure and friendship.

The Scottish Government have relaxed the rules for summer camps and coupled with the relaxation of travel rules, we firmly believe that we can run a safe and fun Camp Cooper this summer!

Underneath is useful information on Camp Cooper running this summer with COVID.

Travelling to the UK

The UK Government have released new information on travelling to the UK. The new guidelines will make travelling to the UK much easier.

From February 11, 2022, fully vaccinated* travellers under 18 arriving in the UK:

  • No longer require a negative Covid 19 test prior to arrival
  • No longer need to complete a Covid 19 test after arrival in the UK
  • Will need to complete a Passenger Locator Form 48 hours before arrival in the UK

*Fully vaccinated travellers are those who have had at least 2 doses of an approved vaccine, or 1 dose of the Janssen vaccine. All students under 18 follow the above rules regardless of vaccination status.

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND all campers be fully vaccinated for summer 2022 if they are eligible. Having the whole Camp Community vaccinated will help keep everyone safe and reduce the risk of anyone contracting COVID-19.

Please note, it is your responsibility to organise, book and pay for any testing that is required for your journey home. Please check the rules of your home country and if you need us to assist with anything like a pre-departure test, please let us know.

Booking Flexibility

We understand that due to COVID-19, you may have concerns about doing a booking. To help you, we have updated our policies to reflect the current situation.

Anytime

  • If we cancel Camp Cooper before the session starts, you will receive a full refund

After May 1, 2022
